Producer and development executive, industry activist, Joanna is a graduate of Film Studies and Law. Alumna of international workshops including: EAVE, ACE and Torino Script Lab (Story Editing). In her 15+ years career she produced numerous shorts, feature-length fiction films and international co-productions. She is a founding member of Polish Producers Guild and a deputy chair of European Film Academy Board (member of the board since 2017). She is currently working on her PhD at Lodz Film School.

Producer. Graduate of University of Lodz and Lodz Film School. EAVE Producers Workshop, MAIA workshops, ACE Training Days and MIDPOINT Feature Launch Alumna. She started her professional career as production manager of short films and in advertising campaigns. She also gained professional experience in the Parisian production house Partizan. She has been associated with Shipsboy for 7 years and is responsible for the financial side of all the company's projects, services for foreign productions and cooperation with international co-producers.

As the Development Executive in Shipsboy, she currently develops feature film and series projects. Graduate of the Lodz Film School’s Film, TV Production Organization program, participant of a number of workshops, including Script Circle, Script Atelier, Kids Kino Lab, Polish Audiovisual Accelerator, Midpoint Cold Open and Series Launch. She has worked on projects such as: "Sneakesville", "The King of Warsaw", “Dark, almost night”, "Corpus Christi", "Leave No Traces" and “Woman on the Roof”.

She has been part of Shipsboy since 2023, supporting the team in film production, office operations and administration. She holds a degree in Audiovisual Production from the University of Gdańsk and in Film and TV Production Management from the National Film School in Łódź. She is currently pursuing a management degree at the Warsaw School of Economics, specializing in Leadership & Development. She has worked as a production manager on short films and as an assistant on feature and television productions. She also coordinated the production of promotional materials for streaming platforms and television, mainly for the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market.
