Producer and development executive, industry activist, Joanna is a graduate of Film Studies and Law. Alumna of international workshops including: EAVE, ACE and Torino Script Lab (Story Editing). In her 15+ years career she produced numerous shorts, feature-length fiction films and international co-productions. She is a founding member of Polish Producers Guild and a deputy chair of European Film Academy Board (member of the board since 2017). She is currently working on her PhD at Lodz Film School.

Producer. Graduate of University of Lodz and Lodz Film School. MAIA workshops, ACE Training Days and MIDPOINT Feature Launch Alumna. She started her professional career as production manager of short films and in advertising campaigns. She also gained professional experience in the Parisian production house Partizan. She has been associated with Shipsboy for 7 years and is responsible for the financial side of all the company's projects, services for foreign productions and cooperation with international co-producers. Participant of EAVE Producers Workshop (2024).

A graduate of the Management of Artistic Institutions, specialization in management at the University of Gdańsk. Since 2015, she has been involved in work at many film festivals in Poland and abroad - including the Polish Film Festival and Film Fest Gent in Belgium. She worked on the organization of the European Film Awards gala (2016, 2017, 2019). In 2019-2023 coordinator of Script Atelier workshop. In Shipsboy she works as PR and Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager and festival distribution coordinator. Alumna of the EAVE Marketing Workshop 2022.

Aleksandra has graduated from University of Warsaw and she holds double masters in law and management. She has also completed her postgraduate finance management program at the Warsaw School of Economics. She gained her experience in international enterprises where she held various positions accountable for finance and analytics In 2021 she moved to audiovisual industry and joined Shipsboy where she is responsible for finance, investor relation and sustainable film production. She has also completed trainings for film industry professionals organized by The Polish Producers Alliance and Polish Film Fund.

As the Development Executive in Shipsboy, she currently develops feature film and series projects. Graduate of the Lodz Film School’s Film, TV Production Organization program, participant of a number of workshops, including Script Circle, Script Atelier, Kids Kino Lab, Polish Audiovisual Accelerator, Midpoint Cold Open and Series Launch. She has worked on projects such as: "Sneakesville", "The King of Warsaw", “Dark, almost night”, "Corpus Christi", "Leave No Traces" and “Woman on the Roof”.

She graduated from the University of Gdansk with a bachelor's degree in Production of Audiovisual Forms and is currently studying for a master's degree in Organisation of Film and Television Production at the Film School in Lodz. She has gained experience working as a production manager on short films and as an assistant of production manager on television feature films. For the past year, she has also worked as a coordinator in production of promotional materials for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) for one of the biggest streaming platforms and also for television. At Shipsboy she works as a production assistant and office manager.
